Two or three motorists will b« charged with driving without du% consideration for other road users As the result of a visit to-night by the Transport Department and the Wellington City Council traffic officers to a length of the Hutt road that is being ijacqpstructed by the Main Highways-Board. The motorists who will be 'chargfd are said to have pulled out from the line it tfaftiq and cut in on other vehicles. There have been many complaints, by users of the road during the. paSVtwo days that large quantities of muff have been thrown on to windscreens, necessitating cars being stopped immediately so that the windscreens :j"could be cleaned. In a number of instances the overtaking vehicles, travelling at a high speed, have caused fly on to the slower-moving vehicles.., One motorist said he had had to wain his windscreen seven times in . ha|f ah hour.
