BAND CONCERT AT GARDENS
To-morrow afternoon at the Botanical Gardens and in the evening at the St. Kilda Rotunda, the St. Kilda Band will make its final appearances before leaving for the Christchurch contest next Friday. The band will play all the test music, as well as several selected pieces. Judging from the large and enthusiastic crowd at St. Kilda last Sunday evening there should be a record number at both the Gardens and St. Kilda. A collection will be taken up to help defray contest expenses.
