CARNIVAL AT ST. CLAIR
The St. Clair Life Saving Club, with the object of raising funds to purchase surf equipment and send,, a team to Auckland to compete in the championship carnival there, will continue its carnival to-night and to-morrow night, commencing at 7 o’clock. Many varied amusements are to be found, including a merry-go-round, hoop-la, shooting gallery and roll downs. Another attraction will be.the presence of a Ventriloquist with his doll, “Jerry.” at 7.45 p.m.
