AUSTRALIAN TOUR
A special personally-conducted de luxe motor tour of New South Wales, Australia, the charge for which includes entrance -fee to the 1939 Sydney Royal Easter Show and the Sydney Cup race meeting, is being organised by Mr W. J. Heslehurst. in conjunction with the Union Steam Ship Company of New Zealand and the New Zealand Tourist Bureaux. The party will leave Wellington by the Awatea on March 28 and return by the same vessel on May 1. The tour will include a trip to Sydney’s beaches and city sights and a full day on the harbour. Other features of the tour will be a visit to Hawkesbury College, Palm Beach, and Taronga Park, Berowra, and Koala Park, and country district and other points of interest Firstclass hotel accommodation will be provided en route. Further details are advertised, and itineraries may be obtained from the Union Steam Ship Company or the New Zealand Government Tourist Bureau.
