TRADE DISCUSSIONS
BRITAIN. AND GERMANY FINDING A COMMON BASIS LONDON, Dec. 22. Following informal discussions between the Federation of British Industries and Reich Gruppe Industries, it is announced that a common basis was found on which official trade discussions between England and Germany could be inaugurated early in the New Year, not only on mutual interests, but also on competition in the world markets.
