SCHOLARSHIP NOMINATION (Special to Daily Times! INVERCARGILL, Dec 22. Advice was received in Invercargill to-day that the nomination of George Osborne Fallow, of Thornbury, had been unanimously approved for the Canterbury / gricultural College Old Boys’ Scholarship tenable at the college. Mr Fallow is a prominent member of the Thornbury Young Farmers’ Club, having been chairman and secretary of the club He has held office as a member of the committee of the District Literary and Debating Society, the Anzac Memoria] Committee, the Public Hal] Committee and the Rifle Club. He is a member ot the Southland District Committee of the Young farmers’ Clubs, the Otago and Southland Council, and the New Zealand Federation of the movement.
