IMPROVED RESULTS

HEALTH STAMPS AND THE CHRISTMAS SPIRIT With the nea approach of Christmas, the health stamp appeal on behalf of children’s health camps has met with increasingly generous support. During the first week of December an additional £SOO was obtained for the various health camp organisations as the result of the sale of 102,546 health stamps, and th receipts for nine weeks ince the opening of the appeal have now res bed almost £SOOO. Organised effort in many centres has greatly improved the results by bringing the health stamp with its “Id for postage and Id for health ” more directly under the notice of Post Office customers, who appreciate this easy method of contributing towards a highly necessary and well-conducted movement for the children’s benefit. The results in the various postal districts for nine weeks ended December 7 are as follows'—
