FINALS FOR WINGATUI (Special to Daily Times) CHRISTCHURCH, Dec. 22. The weather was fine but cold when work at Riccarton started this morning, Drizzling rain fell during the breakfast interval, but it cleared for the later work. The No. 1 grass track was in fair order after the rain that fell the previous day. Royal Chief and Settlement did the best sprint of the morning, the former being half a length in front at the end of half a mile in 49 l-ssec.
