COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICES IJHE WAITAKI COUNTY-COUNCIL. BY-LAW RELATING TO THE KUROW WATER SUPPLY PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Waitaki County Council held for that purpose on Friday. December 16, 1938, the said Council passed by way of Special Resolution a By-law to be known as “The County of Waitaki By-law, No. 17, 1938.” The object or purport of the said By-law is to provide regulations governing the management and control of the said Council’s Kurow Water Supply Works, including the fixing of charges for water supplied. Full copies of this By-law are deposited at the office of the Waitaki County Council, Thames street, Oamaru, and at the premises of Mr J. R. Jackson, Bledisloe street, Kurow, and now are and will there be open to the inspection of the public during office or business hours until the 19th day of January next. AND NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the said Resolution will be submitted for confirmation as a Special Order at an Ordinary Meeting of the said Council to be held at the said Council Chambers, Thames street, Oamaru, on Friday, 20th day of January. 1939, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon.
