THE GLENROY TRAGEDY MAN CHARGED WITH MURDER MELBOURNE, Dec. 21. At the conclusion of the inquest on Annie Wiseman and her niece, Phyllis, the coroner committed George Green, aged 38, a chimney sweep, for trial on a charge of murder. A message received on November 18 stated: —George Green, a chimney sweep, was charged with having murdered Miss Annie Wiseman (62) and her niece, Miss Phyllis Wiseman (17) at Glenroy during the week-end. The women were found strangled in their home. STRANDED BOMBER'S CREW WALKING TO MISSION SYDNEY, Dec. 21. (Received Dec. 22, at 1.30 a.m.) The crew of the Wellesley. bomber which made a forced landing are now walking back to Walcott Inlet Mission through difficult country. They expect to reach their destination on Friday.
