SUGGESTED NEW DRESS INSPECTED BY THE KING (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, Dec. 20. (Received Dec. 21, at 6.30 p.m.) The King inspected the suggested new ceremonial dress for the army when a party of soldiers wearing the new dress went to the palace.
