HUNGARY AND CZECHOSLOVAKIA MINISTER'S DECLARATION BUDAPEST, Dec. 18. The Hungarian Foreign Minister informed the Czech Minister that Hungary was ready to resume friendly relations, for which reason the press and radio attacks against the Czechs were ceasing.
