TRAILERS AND CARAVANS
WARRANTS OF FITNESS REQUIRED iPer United Press Association) WELLINGTON, Dec. 19. Warning was given by Mr E. H. Barrett, chief traffic inspector of the Transport Department, to-day that both trailers and caravans are required to have warrants of fitness, and that department inspectors would take steps to enforce this regulation.
