FORTNIGHTLY MEETING The fortnightly meeting of the City Council, which was held last night, was attended by the Mayor (Mr A. H. Allen) and by Crs D. C. Cameron, W. H. Borrie. D. G. McMillan, M.P., W. H. Shepherd, J. Wilson. R. Walls. J. W. Munro. M.P., J. McCrae, H. L. Gibson. W. B. Taverner and E. J. Smith. Committee Reports The reports of the Electric Power and Light, Tramways, Gas, Library, Reserves. General, Works; Water and Finance Committees were adopted. Tender The tender of Mr A. McLaren, in the sum of £2077, was accepted for additions and alterations to premises in the Anderson's Bay road to be used as a motor testing station.
