THE SANDERS CUP
CANTERBURY TRIALS (Per United Press Association) CHRISTCHURCH, Dec. 18. Two "further races in the Sanders' Cup trials were sailed during the week-end. Yesterday's race was won by Manihi. To-day's race was sailed in a strong south-west wind. Manihi and Ariki capsized, leaving Huia to win. Huia now leads on points. The selection of the boat and crew to represent Canterbury will be made this week.
