CRUELTY ALLEGED
LAWN TENNIS PLAYER WIFE'S DIVORCE SUIT HOLLYWOOD, Dec. 7. Helen Vinson has filed a suit for divorce from Fred Perry, the lawn tennis player, alleging cruelty. She alleged he frequently cursed her and neglected social obligations. She asked for a division of their communal property, which is valued at 74.400 dollars.
