RESULT OF TRADE DECLINE (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, Nov. 2. (Received Nov. 3, at 5.5 p.m.) • The annual report of Lloyd’s Register states that as a result of the trade decline more ships have been laid up and there has been a serious falling off in orders for new tonnage, largely owing to the increased building costs.
