VICTORIAN MINISTRY
RESIGNING TO-MORROW ADELAIDE, Nov. 3. The Premier (Mr H. L. Butler) will hand his resignation and that ot his Government to the Governor (Sir Winston Dugan) on Saturday. Mr Butler is standing for the Wakefield seat in the House of Representatives rendered vacant by the death of Mr C. A. Hawker, in the Kyeema disaster.
