SPRING FLOWER SHOW Under the auspices of the Taumata Women’s Institute, a spring flower Show was held on October 8. Competition in the needlework and baking sections was good, but the display of spring flowers was disappointing Amusement was derived from a naildriving competition and quoit-throw-ing, and a pleasant evening was spent In social games and items.
