MARSEILLES STRIKE
ACTION BY GOVERNMENT MOBILISATION DECREED PARIS, Sept., 7. (Received Sept. 8, at 1.55 a.m.) As a sequel to the dockers’ strike, the Government has decreed mobilisation and the port of Marseilles will be controlled by military authorities. The dockers will be compelled to work under naval supervision.
