“ENTITLED TO SPEAK” STATEMENT BY THE POPE VATICAN CITY, Aug. 28. The Pope, addressing French pilgrims, reaffirmed that the Roman Catholic Church . is entitled to speak on racialism which is a branch of philosophy on which religion guides and advises." Addressing Bavarians, the Pope extended, a special welcome; as they came from a country “ where the atmosphere is threatening.” v- Hfe; Holiness especially blessed the German prelate, Cardinal Faulhaber.
