NEW ZEALAND STUDENTS h (From Our Own Correspondent) ' r ’ (By Air Mail) LONDON, May 21. &V Two New Zealanders, Miss Althea (Auckland) and Mr Cyril Wheeler (Christchurch), were among '•''the drama students of the °ld Vic to ■■■ give a performance at the Old Vic vesterdav. They were cast in Tiefawny of the Wells” and “The Women • ‘ Have Their Way.” r -‘ Both have now completed their ’ studies at the Old Vic. for which Miss Parker held a joint scholarship. In .Tune. Miss Parker will lead the chorus '’ln “ Lysistrata,” which is to be per- ,,,, formed at the Regent’s Park Open Air “V 'Theatre. , , V. Mr Wheeler has been cast for a part 1; in the new play “Time, Gentlemen, Please.” to be produced at Richmond, • ' from where it may. be moved to the = west End. Later. Mr Wheeler expect? to do repertory work.
