RUSSIAN WHEAT
CONDITIONAL OFFER TO ITALY LONDON, June 16. The Daily Telegraph’s Rome correspondent states that Russia has offered Italy wheat at an unusually low price, provided the newspapers make public the arrival of the cargoes to show the Italians that Russia is able to export grain.
