(Received June 16, at 10 p.m.) “ The Mexican Government has completed a deal through a New York firm for 10,000,000 barrels of oil, consisting largely of expropriated British and American oil. in the ensuing six months,” says the Mexico City correspondent of the New York Times. “ Sixty per cent, of the payment will be in German materials and machinery, and the remainder in cash.
