PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Dunedin City Council proposes to purchase an area of land at Wakari comprising approximately 97 acres 1 rood 20 poles for recreational and general municipal purposes on terms providing for the payment of the purchase money by instalments. (a) The land in question is Section 66, 68. 70, and 72, Wakari District, part Section 58, part 2 of Section 38, and Lot 2 of Section 40, Dunedin and East Taieri District, with all buildings and improvements thereon. (b) The vendor is J. L. Passmore, and the purchase price £6500. (c) It is proposed to pay the said purchase price in the following manner—viz., £2OOO as on date of possession, and the balance in three equal yearly instalments of £ISOO respectively.
