SUPPLEMENTARY LIST BRITAIN’S CONSTRUCTION PROGRAMME LONDON, June 2. The Supplementary Naval Estimates total £2,410,000, including £ 1,773,000 for new construction and £92,000 as the first instalment in the purchase of the seaplane carrier Albatross from Australia. The Estimates also provide for the receipt from the Commonwealth of the first instalment of £450,000 toward the price of a cruiser that is being transferred to Australia.
