ALLEN.—On June 2, 1938, at 5 Orakei road, Remuera, Auckland. William Ernest, beloved husband of Grace Allen and fourth son of the late Henry and Maria Allen; also brother of Allen family, 109 Stafford street.

BOOCK.—On June 2, 1938. at Dunedin. Marjorie Lucy, dearly loved second daughter of Cecil and Lucille Boock, of 58 Nairn street, Roslyn; in her seventeenth year. Deeply mourned. Private interment. —R. McLean and Son, funeral directors.

CLAYTON.—On June 2. 1938, at her residence, 598 George street, Helen Lawson, dearly beloved wife of the late Frederick William Clayton.—Private interment at Oamaru.—Hugh Gourley Ltd., funeral directors.
