Farris, claim £26 4s 7d, for goods supplied, with costs (£4 Is 6d); Paterson and Barr, Ltd., v Frank Dillon, claim 7s. for goods supplied, with costs <9s); McCracken and Walls v. Augustus George Warner, claim £1 3s lOd, for goods supplied, with costs (9s); Scott and Wilson v. M. Duff (Wellington), claim £7 16s 4d, for goods supplied with costs (£ 1 10s 6cl); C. M. Howison and Son. Ltd., v. James Smith, claim £2 11s 2d, for timber supplied, with costs (£1 5s 6d); John Chambers and N Son. Ltd., v. Robert J Frame (Fairlie), claim £25 18s lOd, for goods supplied, with costs (£4 Is 6d). JUDGMENT SUMMONSES James Brown and Son (Naseby) proceeded against lan Menzies claiming £4 17s 9d on a judgment summons.— There was no appearance of the debtor, who was ordered to pay the full amount, with costs (£1 Is) in default six days’ imprisonment. R. E. Hill proceeded against B. Kiernan claiming 12s 8d on a judgment summons.—There was no appearance of the debtor, who was ordered to pay the full amount, with costs (8s). in default one day’s imprisonment.
