FORESTRY BONDHOLDERS
MEETING IN MELBOURNE A meeting of Victorian lirst-issue bondholders In New Zealand Forests Products, Ltd., was held in Melbourne last week. A motion was carried requesting the Commonwealth Government to continue its efforts to induce the New Zealand Government to vary ' the Bondholders Incorporation Commission order, which incorporates bondholders into shareholders of New Zealand Forests Products. Ltd., as at December 18, 1925. Such action, the resolution stated, would entitle first-issue bondholders to enforce against the bond-issuing company the right to require repurchase of bonds in terms of the original contract.
