HOW MANY APPLES DO YOU EAT?

We’ve all heard the old saying, “ An apple a day keeps the doctor away” (which seems hard luck for the doctor —but what would you?)—but few people realise exactly how important a part this fruit can play in helping us to good health, and even to beauty. The ancients were not wrong when they esteemed the apples the food of the’ gods—the magic renewer of youth. Therefore, in the interests of health and beauty, eat an apple after every meal, and particularly last thing at night, as the apple is ‘ Nature s toothbrush.”
