ELECTION OF GOVERNOR
SETBACK FOR THE C. 1.0. PHILADELPHIA, May 18. Apparently repudiating the leadership of the Federal Postmastergeneral (Mr J. A. Farley) on the basis of incomplete primary returns, Pennsylvanian Democrats rejected Mr Thomas Kennedy, who was sponsored by the Committee of Industrial Organisation for the position of Governor. The whole primary trend is at present against the C. 1.0.
