ANDREW—On May 18, at Dunedin, Matthew James, beloved eldest son of Margaret and the late Matthew Andrew, of Abbotsford: aged 50 years.—Private interment.

EUSTACE.—On May 19, 1938, at his residence, 115 Forth street, Joseph James, beloved husband of Elizabeth Clara Eustace, and loved father of Mrs C. V. Bond; aged 77 years.
