THE VON CRAMM CASE
APPEAL AGAINST SENTENCE LONDON, May 18. The Berlin correspondent of the Daily Telegraph says von Cramm is appealing, despite the judge’s intimation that an appeal is as likely to lead to an increase as a decrease in the sentence.
Baron G. von Cramm, one of the world’s leading tennis players, was sentenced to a year’s imprisonment for sexual offences.
