ATTACKED IN BROADCAST
BRITAIN’S FOREIGN POLICY CANADIAN COMMENTATOR OTTAWA, May 11. In the House of Commons, the Prime Minister endorsed a complaint by an Opposition member that Mr Chamberlain had been attacked regarding his foreign policy by the news commentator of the Radio Commission chain. He declared that the commission must guard against similar attacks in future in view of the critical times. Attacki/g any Government, particularly Empire countries, was highly undesirable and unwise. In the offending broadcast Mr G. V. Ferguson, managing editor of the Winnipeg Free Press, referred t« Major Astor as the pro-Nazi in* fluence behind Mr Chamberlain.
