CLAIM AGAINST CLOUSTON
BREACH OF CONTRACT ALLEGED (From Our,Own Correspondent) (By Air Mail) LONDON, Apl. 13. Mr F. E Tasker, owner of the De Havilland Comet in which Clouston and Ricketts established the New Zea-land-and-back world records last month, is claiming damages against the flyers. The dispute is over the fact that after landing at Sydney, Australia, Clouston and Ricketts flew'on over the Tasman Sea to New Zealand. Mr Tasker alleges that this extra flight was not in the contract signed before the flight started.
Mr Tasker, who is a garage proprietor, bought the Comet some time ago, and has since hired it out to record flyers.
