POSITION IN PALESTINE
NEW HIGH COMMISSIONER PRECAUTIONS FOR PROTECTION (United Press Association) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) JERUSALEM, Mar. 3. Special precautions are being taken to protect the new High Commissioner, Sir Harold McMichael, who is due at Haifa in H.M.S. Enterprise to-day. The authorities found a bomb and loose sleepers on the railway over which Sir Harold McMichael will pass. It was the Enterprise which brought Haile Selassie to Palestine after his flight from Abyssinia.
