DOCTORS ON STRIKE
DEMAND FOR HIGHER FEES REFUSED BY AUTHORITIES LILLE, Jan. 5. Because the authorities refuse to increase their fees, doctors at the Nord Department decided to strike. They will not sign certificates or fulfil other formalities, but will continue to visit the sick.
