PAYMENT OF WAGES ARRANGEMENTS FOR CHRISTMAS (From Our Parliamentary Rerorter) V/ELLINGTON. Dec. 8. A request that railway employees whose fortnightly pay-day falls on December 30 should receive their pay earlier, preferably on Christmas Eve. was made by Mr J. A. Roy (Opposition. Clutha) in an urgent question addressed to the Minister of Railways (Mr D. G.
