FOOT-AND-MOUTH OUTBREAK POSITION IN GERMANY BERLIN, Dec. 8. (Received Dec. 9, at 0.15 a.m.) No ."ewer than 12,128 farms in Germany are affected by foot-and-mouth disease, an increase of 771 since the middle of November. Baden is the centre of the outbreak, with 6473.
