RELATIONS BETTER THAN EVER CONVERSATIONS IN WARSAW LONDON, Dec. 6. The press in Warsaw generally agrees that the conversations between M. Delbos and Colonel Beck fully confirmed and consolidated the Franco-' olish Alliance. They consider that the relations are better than ever. A communication describes the European situation as less tense than it was a few months ago, and records French understanding of Poland's efforts to establish normal relations with Germany.
