CAMPAIGN IN AMERICA AN IMPORTANT DECISION WASHINGTON, Dec. 7. (Received Dec. 8. at 0.30 a.m.) Interpreted as an important victory for the administration's antitrust compaign the Supreme Court upheld the Government's right to prosecute anti-trust charges against the Aluminium Company of America The court thus rebuffed the corporation's efforts to halt the Federal suit for dissolution.
