CONFIRMATION OF REGULATIONS VALIDATING BILL INTRODUCED (From Our Parliamentary Reporter) WELLINGTON, Dec. 7. Regulations issued under the Agriculture (Emergency Powers) Act are •validated and confirmed by the Agricultural Emergency Regulations Confirmation Bill, which was introduced by Governor-General's Message. in the House of Representatives to-day Under the principal Act all such regulations have to be confirmed annually by special legislation. The regulations dealt with m rhis year's Bill are the Dairy Board election regulations, the dairy produce (special milk products) regulations, the export butter-box pool regulations, which arc to be made retrospective to July 1, 1936. the dairy factory supply regulations, and the butter marketing rcgula--1 tions.
