NELSON'S WRITING DESK
PRESENTED TO THE NATION (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, Dec. 6. (Received Dec. 7, at 5.5 p.m.) Mr Joseph Jacobs, head of a London firm of shipowners and brokers, who is a collector of Nelson relics, has. in celebration of his seventieth birthday, presented Nelson's writing desk to the nation.
