PROSPECTIVE SUES EXAMINATION BY COMMITTEE SYDNEY, Dec. 1. (Received Dec. 1, at 11 p.m.) The Federal Cabinet intends to appoint an expert committee to examine prospective sites for a new capital of New Guinea.
