BEAUTY EXPERT'S PREDICTION CORAL GABLES (Florida), Nov. 29. (Received Nov. 29, at 11 p.m.) Mr Albert de Paris, a New York beauty culture expert, in an addresi at the Hairdressers' Convention, predicted that American women would wear topless bathing suits by 1940.
