Mr A. S. Falconer left by yesterday morning's express for Invercargill. Mr George Turner was a passenger on yesterday morning's express en route for Auckland. Mr H. C. Harford, of Wellington, has been appointed to succeed Mr George Crow as manager of the D.1.C.. Dunedin, as from February 20. The Union Airways liner Karoro left the Taieri airport at 8.15 yesterday morning for Christchurch, Blenheim, and Palmerston North with Mr C. J. Simpson for Wellington and Mrs J. L. Simcock and two children as through passengers for Auckland. The Korimako arrived from the north at 3 p.m. with Messrs J. S. Land and A. George from Wellington and Miss F. Cropp and Mr N. E. Tingey from Christchurch.
