NOT FAVOURED IN ENGLAND LABOUR MEMBER’S QUESTION LONDON, Nov. 18. (Received Nov. 19, at 11 p.m.) In the House of Commons, Mr Neville Chamberlain, replying to Mr Ellis Smith (Lab.) said that inquiries showed that the broadcasting of the proceedings of the House of Commons would not be approved by an> considerable section of the House.
