PORT CHALMERS NEWS
MAGISTRATE’S COURT At a sitting of the Port Chalmers Magistrate’s Court yesterday, before Mr J R. Bartholomew, S.M., Charles John Walsh was charged with having in his possession an unregistered firearm.—Mr O. G. Stevens appeared for the defendant, who pleaded guilty.—A fine of 10s and costs (10s) was imposed and the rifle was ordered to be forfeited.
