SCENES OF DISORDER
THE FRENCH CHAMBER PRESIDENT SUSPENDS SESSION PARIS, Nov. 19. (Received Nov. 19, at 11 p.m.) Scenes of disorder between Rightist and Leftist deputies forced the President of the Chamber, M. Harriot, to suspend the session. M. Chaippe, former Paris Prefect of Police, accused the Communist deputies of terrorist outrages in France and with provoking bloodshed in North Africa. A Communist deputy leapt to his feet, shouting fiercely, and was preparing to charge his opponents opposite when M. Herriot suspended the sitting. The Finance Minister, M. Bonnet, reviewing the financial dangers, said France must balance her Budget or inflate. The Government preferred a balanced Budget and stability.
