NOT WANTED IN DANZIG LICENCES WITHDRAWN WARSAW, Nov. 17. Reports from Danzig state that the Senate ordered the complete withdrawal of licences from Jewish chemists. USE OF SALUTE FORBIDDEN BERLIN, Nov. 17. The Minister for Justice has issued an edict that Jews must not use the Hitler salute, which is the sole prerogative of German citizens. DISTURBANCES AT UNIVERSITY LONDON, Nov. 18. (Received Nov. 18, at 11.30 p.m.) The Times Budapest correspondent says: “ AntLsemitic demonstrations by the faculty of philosophy at Bucharest University led to serious disturbances, 20 windows being smashed. The police were summoned and 19 students arrested.
